Abhyanga – is a massage based on movements and maneuvers applied to the body using oils that can be medicated with medicinal plants. Manipulations are performed on muscles, skin, tendons, and joints for comfort, relaxation, mental and physical health. The main action is the vasodilation and the mobilization of the toxins present in the body, which through the activation of the marmas (intercection points of various tissues)  are circulated through the proper channels to be eliminated.

- Increases resistance to disharmony and disease, it stimulates the production of antibodies;

Karna Purana – application of medicated oils into the ears after ear massage and Swedhana
